24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly request 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the original service cost.

No-shows will also be subject to the same 50% charge. We understand that emergencies happen, but this policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Discount & Promotion Policy

  • Only one promotional offer may be used per visit
  • Already discounted services cannot be combined with additional coupons
  • Spa Week promotions exclude product purchases and gratuities
  • Promotional offers cannot be stacked with other deals

Additional Policies

Capacity

A maximum of two clients may participate in services during a single visit.

Pet Policy

Due to allergy concerns, pets are not permitted at the facility.
