We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety concerns.

• A valid phone number or email address is required for booking confirmation
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
• We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early for your first visit

• Products purchased through our website or in-store are subject to availability
• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Shipping times and costs for online orders will be displayed at checkout
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

• We are not liable for allergic reactions to products. Please inform your esthetician or stylist of any known allergies before treatment
